As Chapter President, I oversaw a chapter of 200+ collegiate members, coordinating with professional advisors and regional staff. I delegate to an executive team and broader leadership team to shape chapter programming, membership development, and community presence.

Director of Engagement · 501(c)(3) nonprofit
2022 – Present

A 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Lincoln, NE dedicated to teaching young women how to code. I curate workshops covering JavaScript, HTML, and CSS — but just as importantly, I work to build a space where students feel confident asking questions, making mistakes, and trying things.

  • Director of Engagement (2025–Present) — leading community and outreach.
  • Coding workshops in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for local female students.
  • Focus on both technical skill and the leadership confidence to keep pushing forward.

Recognition for the top 3% of Greek leaders demonstrating excellence in academics, leadership, and community involvement. Membership spans chapters and houses across the Greek system at UNL.
